These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Focusi.ai website and services (the "Services"), operated by Focusi.ai ("Focusi.ai," "we," "our," or "us"). 2. Services Provided Focusi.ai provides AI-powered business tools, content generation, automation, website and funnel design, CRM systems, analytics, and other digital services to assist entrepreneurs, agencies, and businesses in scaling operations and optimizing performance.
3. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else to do so. This includes, but is not limited to:

4. Subscriptions and Payments Certain features of the Services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. 6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any data may be deleted.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focusi.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
9. Changes to the Terms We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
